Vincenzia started her career as a Montessori directress.
After the birth of her son, she started volunteering at Kids Haven – a charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable children – where she specialized in therapeutic clay work and founded an Inclusive Clay Work Studio accommodating children from diverse backgrounds with educational challenges and/or special needs. This studio focused on using creativity and artwork to develop self-esteem, life skills and fine-motor skills while encouraging social integration and problem solving ability. It operated with emphasis on the Montessori Principle: “All children develop at their own pace.”
In 2006, Vincenzia co-authored and Illustrated “Pottery For Little People”, a manual for teachers and young students to encourage exploration, creative development and progressive understanding of themselves and the world around them. During that year Vincenzia’s son was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome. As a result, she decided to not only make it one of her goals to learn everything she could about Asperger’s syndrome but also to study three different contemporary Life Coaching disciplines in order to assist other families in the same boat, and to actively further the breadth of her empathetic knowledge.
Metamotion was founded when Vincenzia was certified as a Martha Beck Coach. Thus was born an enterprise that coupled her appreciation of neuro-diversity with her love of people and their different journeys. In order to facilitate growth and understanding with as wide a scope as possible, she then enrolled in Grief Support at the Creative Grief Coaching Studio and was certified in 2015. Next, in 2019, she chose to add NLP to her variety of skill-sets.
Throughout her life, Vincenzia has sought enrichment by facilitating and empowering individuals in their pursuit of understanding and growth, bringing herself great fulfillment and touching many others in the process. It is her confidence in the idea that all minds and hearts should be valued for their individual facets that drives her, and her ongoing commitment to life’s various guises that urges her into new fields of experience.
